2024 Makers Retreat

This is the 2024 Annual Enchanted Bead Makers Retreat.  This will be our second year at the Cherry Wood House, previously known as Grandmas House, a brand new lodge with ample space to spread out and create whatever type of art or craft that you create.  This lodge accomodates up to 20 people with 3 large full size bathrooms and 1 1/2 bath,  All sleeping accomodations are shared.  It has a large kitchen and dining area and a large meeting space.  This lodge has all the amenities, glamping to the extreme.  Check it out at the link below.

 Bring your beading, your knitting or crocheting, your quilting, your journaling, absolutely anything.  We will be offering workshops and classes at an additional fee.  We have not completely set this years classes and times.  We do have a Beaded Tassel to be scheduled, organza flower making, possibly Creative Journaling, Hopefully a needle felting class.  This is what I have on the agenda so far.  A deposit of $75 is due upon registratioon and remaing balance of $75 is due by September 15, 2024.   This does not include the workshops, workshop kits or supply items.

• Payment in full is offered through Paypal at the time of Registration.
• A two payment plan if registering before September 1, 2024 is also available.  Deposit of $75 due at registration and the balance by October 1, 2024 which will be invoiced 2 weeks before the due date.
• Registration after September 1, 2024, retreat fee must be paid in full at time of registration.

As usual we ask that retreat participants help with food, the menu will be provided to you along with what we would like you to contribute one month before the retreat.  If you prefer not to bring/buy food you may contribute cash in the amount of $45.00 per person, paypable at registration.   If you have special dietary needs, please bring your own items.  Water, coffee and tea will be provided.  If you wish to have something else to drink please bring that with you.  

This year you are required to fill out a medical emergency form.  This form will be brought with you in a sealed envelope and only opened by medical personnel should you have a medcal emergency.  At the end of the retreat that sealed envelope will go home with you.  We did have a medical emergency in 2023 and found that we did not have all the information we needed.  THIS IS MANDATORY FOR YOUR SAFETY AT THE RETREAT. NO ADMITTANCE IF THIS INFORMATION IS MISSING.

After we receive your registration, an e-mail will be sent to you with all additional information regarding this years retreat.
